The Kultro Pro Series is robust and rugged, built to commercial grade specs but worthy of the finest kitchens. The set includes six matching steak knives, each finely crafted from forged stainless damascus steel. This gorgeous material features 103 layers, 51 layers of stainless steel on each side of a core of 10Cr15V, an edge steel that is vacuum heat treated and tempered to an optimal hardness of HRC 60 for sharpness, wear resistance, and superior performance. The damascus blades are seamlessly welded into stainless bolsters and a full tang, with compressed carbon fiber handles secured by stainless pins. Visually stunning, razor sharp, beautifully weighted and balanced, these are tools elevated to art. The complete set is shipped in its own professional grade leather roll with protective blade covers.
